@Genkakuzai HI, I bought the GSRM20. There was very little in the way of reviews for the 1JMB15 and many favorable reviews for the GSRM20. Also, I liked the sound when you and some other people played and posted on you tube. Thanks again for your input, as it was very helpful.

Sounds good. Is that the GSRMZO model ? I saw it on GC website for $ 179.99. Also, CG has a pack with little amp, strap, etc. with model lJMB15 for $ 199.99. Do you happen to know if the quality of the 1JMB15 is very inferior to the GSRMZO ? I want to buy a low end short scale, but don't want a piece of junk. Any bass players out there with any info. would be great. Thanks.

@ahdowns Not sure if the one with the bundle is inferior but yes this is the GSRM20 model. It's the best bass for the money, quality is not bad at all. Of course everyone always wants better after so long but this bass is still fun to play and worthwhile. The IJMB15 looks like it doesn't have the bridge pickup? I don't think that'd be a big deal. That value pack seems worth it if you don't already have an amp. Good luck sir!
