That isn't bio diesel, what you're talking about is just normal oil with some alcohol in it. Meaning it still has it's triglycerides in it and can gunk up your engine over a long period of time.

mix 10% moonshine and 90% veggie oil and there u go done and simple makes best bio fuel money cant buy
