Did cleans of 80,85,90,95,85,95,102 kilos at 87 bodyweight. (the camera placement gets better after the first few reps.) Still learning form, obviously - no two reps are alike. (Can't jerk due to my shoulder - even the one jerk drive rep hurt it) I'm still basically power cleaning and squatting.
On one (at 90, I think), you can see something happen in my left hip that made me nearly fall down. Otherwise I noticed that I jumped forward on some reps, landed crooked on two of them, and am not fully stable in the bottom on any of them (hence the long pause and reset on some reps). I also feel like my low back could be tighter at setup. But I really have no idea what I'm doing here.
I know for sure I'm not getting my elbows high and outside and doing a third pull. They stay passive and inside as I worry about shooting them through. Need to work on that. This is probably why these are all still just power cleans. No way I'm quick enough to really get down underneath a bar down much lower. If I could, I could probably jump up to 150.
Your technique is looking good. Nice work.
