This is the 2nd season.

Funanimation has them titled both "Tower of Druaga" but if you look below that u will see where it says "season 2"

In most of ep 1 season 1 the main character is dreaming (but what happens before the oping song did happen). ep 2 tells you the back grounds of the main cast.

I'm new to this anime, is there a season before this one? Because it seems that way but maybe it's me. I did that with Kuroshitsuji and saw season 2 episode 1 before season 1. I was soooo confused. XD
