@Eisenbieger1986 No, that's the fan created code of parkour. David belle says if you're doing a flip just to show off it isn't parkour. Notice how he said if you're trying to show off? Meaning if you're doing it for fun, because you feel like doing it, because you need to, to get over something. Then it counts as parkour in his eyes. Parkour is freedom of motion, not saying "HEY LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!" which is why he has never said flips are not parkour.
