Lately go launcher has gone we too laggy, so I wanted to ask if some of you experience the same issue. How can we fix that? Because my phone can't upgrade to ICS and Go launcher is one of the best UI around.

@ds37 Delete apps, clear the cache, delete any unwanted files/wallpapers anything you can think of. But if you have an older phone you can only speed up your phone to an extent, because it'll partially be due to your phones processor, etc.
