Thats what my Makoto looks like when I practice the Kara Karasuka. She looks like she's Jerkin'. And then suddenly, once in awhile she'll bring it in and hug you.

@apaldemi yup
-
@apaldemi you cancel the light kick move with the karakusa. the light kick will move you foward. so the finishing is movefoward and karakusa. its a karakusa with more range. thats it
-
@apaldemi exactly. you cancel the f.lk into the karakusa. very useful cuz then it has enough range to grab right after hayate
-
"kara" basically means cancel. So what you're doing is canceling the forward LK into a karakusa (which is her choke grab). You have to do it fast though. It's easier on arcade stick even though I suck at it.
-
@apaldemi precisely. kara throws are great because they make your mixup game more intense. your at a range where its too far for a normal throw, thus a throw is not expected. your close enough to throw out a poke or a link into a combo or an unexpected kara throw.
-
@apaldemi It does mean that, it uses the forward short to increase the range. It makes EX Karakusa awesome.
-
so its a kara-karakusa
-
Joder, se ve muy jodido XDDD
PD: vaya tela la banda sonora de Rocky III de fondo xD
sorry to sound like a noob but what does this mean? is it that it increases the range on the karakusa cuz i dont get it ._.

@ATH331 ugh no they are not, maybe a standard kara throw but getting the timing down on most karas takes alot of practice especially since it varies on the move and cancled move. so I'm glad theyre easy for you but give it a rest karas are high level play and unfortunatly i can't play worth a damn on a joystick so anything besides kara throw i just can't do.... which is sadface cause i play makoto and she kinda needs it to live.
