let me just reiterate, i'm all for chacha, but not with gma at the head of it all. our CURRENT admin is pursuing chacha because they want gma to extend her term, which i for one am not in favor of. but with regard to charter change as a general issue, why wouldn't anyone want it? we know for a fact that congress is filled with shitheads, so why not just remove it? more shithead leaders can be removed through charter change. give substantial responses markrrsantos1 and stop simply asking qustions

a democratic form of government isn't working for us anymore, there are too many shitheads in bicameral congress who we keep granting idiotically impervious power over our citizenry. (i.e. carp and its loopholes) parliamentary is better because you take out the legislative branch, ergo, lesser means of pursuing corruption- ergo, a better chance for our country to survive and progress!
