@twisterad3 Personally I advise you to change a frame, you can find something more effective than a fuckin Spec on​ebay for less than the adapter and the rear suspension. For $ 1000 or less you can find a bike with hydrolic disc brakes and a good front fork. Otherwise good luck with your bike, mine died in agony .... hahah
