The science behind LDN is there. We know exactly how it works.

And we know it is safe. The effective LDN doses for all illnesses other than narcotics addiction are all less than 1/10th of the FDA approved dose.

I've had severe migraines and fibromyalgia for 20+ yrs
Currently on MS contin (slow release morphine) + Tylenol 3
My pain & fatigue are uncontrolled

Do you recommend LDN?

You cannot use naltrexone when you are using an opiate. You would have to stop using the morphine for a few weeks before you could try the naltrexone. Otherwise, you would suffer terrible pain and withdrawal symptoms.

Typically doctors cant think outside the box - If its not in the text book, it does not exist!
You (the patient) must be CRAZY because I (the Dr) dont know about it >;-O

CRAZY = MS, Fibromyalgia, CFS, migraines, depression, bi-polar, Stress Disorders, & all other invisible disabilities

It's possible, it would have to be a clinical trial though.
