No, they published both games. Radiance developed this game (as well as The Great Waldo Search) and Imagineering developed Barbie (who did several NES titles like Home Alone 2, Swamp Thing, Bart Vs The Space Mutants, Bart Vs The World, Race America). There's also a DOS version of Rollerblade Racer while having better graphics sucks more. There's also a female version of Kirk named Trish.

ive looked at this game three times at the game store and just laughed at the cover of it. But this actually looks fun. I'm going to buy it next time.

Jeremy, I just played this game with the Game Genie, and I found out that there are four distinct endings:
3rd place: This is the one that you got.
2nd place: Kirk describes "that other guy" as a "blur" and is confident that we can get first place.
1st place: Kirk is happy and can't wait to do it again.
Not enough qualifying points after the park: Kirk says they'll let us skate for fun before the actual racers compete. Afterwards, he says it was nice of them, but he wants to compete.

awesome, thanks for letting me know! sort of rare for an NES game to have different endings so that's pretty cool. this is one of those games that wasn't as bad as i remembered for some reason, i actually had fun playing it
