itunes>edit>preferences>genera­l than i enabled ringtones clicked ok and i had a ringtones folder

FOR WHOEVER DOESN'T HAVE A RINGTONES FOLDER, LOOK FOR PREFERENCES ON THE LEFT CORNER OF YOUR ITUNES SCREEN AND ENABLE THE RINGTONES THINGY!!! XD
