戯言 (tawagoto) has a few translations, including "silly things" "joke" and "nonsense". It also translates to a bad word, but I like to keep things child safe : ) (Except for Desire) (and that alphabet song) (okay nevermind)

There's a PV out there that has the singer singing about how it's her mother who keeps putting her down, so it's that kind of thing. It could be anyone that uses words to hurt. 'Cause we all know sticks and stones is a lie

I also read this somewhere unrelated: "In the end, the words you pull out to fight back, drenched in fear and shame, come out as nonsense."

I'm translating songs to practice my Japanese grammar and get used to seeing kanji, so this translation may not be the most accurate, but I do try my best~ If you wanna tell me something that's wrong with the translation, go ahead, be brutal. I'm happy to take requests, since they're more practice for me. I can't take any January to April though, because that's when the real world needs me.
