it's from Spike Lee's Bamboozled. The Mau Mau's were a militant rap crew, in the movie. MC Serch is the white dude, his character's name is 1/16 Black. the idea being that if you have even a drop of Black in you, that makes you Black. The chick is Chari Baltimore and she's just light skinned.

I heard this version (the censored version) first and I thought DJ Scratch KILLED it. Those pauses were so ILL with the beat. I didn't even know it was Scratch rhyming - I thought it was some random who happened to be nice on the mic. But then you hear the uncensored version, and it's ''....and shit".
