spartanburg, south carolina's new year has grown so much since i've last visited about 3 or so years ago. there were more vendors this time around, more people visiting, and they've also added the sporting events. more hmong people in traditional hmong costumes also. the food were great as always, yet, it's still rather small, compared to the ones in hickory and newton, north carolina. yet, it's growing quite rapidly.
