The last barage of punch shows muay thai is't just a crash ur limb into a target martial art - even succesive small hits can rattle your opponent til it's lights out. Are u serious? It's really called the Great Tiger Claw technique? Pardon my ignorance but the only Tiger Claw I typed on Youtube so far leads to... Sagat! A fictional flying uppercut that ends with a backflip... eyesore...

@Ronnock Hmmmm, actually I like the term combat because the authentic Western martial arts train for actual combat, not sport or show. But the west does of course have sport fighting and forms/styles. I can not even count how many movies are choreographed by western stylists, Braveheart for example. So it can be artistic in that way just like Kung Fu. But the actual Western martial arts are also often based in geometry and physics. Watch "Reclaiming the blade" here in youtube. Be well.

@7Matahari7 I feel like Western Arts don't get enough credit or at least are identified/recognized as being "artistic" and or "martial." They're usually just called "combat arts", I suppose that's just a term the ignorant use for "martial arts", because "martial" is pretty much synonymous with "combat".

No style of fight is the best, each were name for thestyle combat the need at the time. The best style is the one the fit you well each fight has there own style. Never close you mind to style or move. Be open. Were so get those man I want some so bad :)
