This video sucks. I called the customer service number and she suggested i go here and they have a great video to show how to do it. This video doesn't show how to do it, the dress doesn't come with instructions and that model is terrible. Looks like they got her from the walmart store in Alabama. Just because they sell the dress in Walmart doesn't mean that they can skip out on directions and presentable advertising.
