@masakenji Well you are not wrong. i dont know about the rules in the US. But in this video the dealer is only giving one card during the initial deal. You can see that at 1:02 .

my apologies here. im a croupier in australia, and we only deal one card to the dealer during the initial deal, not 2 unlike the US.
i apologise for my arrogance, and should've taken a better look at the video.
