How to get through the Ice Path on Pokemon Crystal.

Note: This is NOT how to do the ice path on Gold or Silver, which are different games (and slightly different puzzles) to this one.

I played Crystal for 3 fucking years.... all 3 of those years were spent trying to get through this god damn place thing. I quit the game after 3 years of trying to get through here, I thought it was impossible.
