Joe and Courtney, nick and becca havent talked.

*that night - sleeping*
me: AHHHHHHHH! *screams*
j: *runs to her room & trips & falls*
me: *gets out of bed & over to joe* omg! dad!
j: *slowly stands up* what happened?
me: nightmare.
j: abt?
me: I kissed this chimpanzee. *shudders* gross.
j: *laughs* go to bed Natalie.
me: yea. *gets in bed*
j: *tucks her in & kisses her forehead & leaves*
me: dad. Just in case I dont say it enough. I love you. A lot.
j: *goes to sit by her* what was the nightmare really abt?
me: *sighs* you died.
j: *hugs her* dont worry. Im right here.
me: *holds onto him for dear life*
j: *slowly carries her to his room & tucks her in* *lies down next to her & comfortingly pats her arm as she falls asleep*
me: love you dad. *falls asleep*
j: *looks out the window & lets a tear drop* what am I gonna do?

*next morning*
me: *wakes up & notices shes alone* *goes downstairs* dad? Dad?! Anybody? *sees a note on the fridge*

went to see Courtney. need to settle things. Will be back soon. Love you.

me: *calls someone*
??: hello?
me: can we meet? I need to talk to someone.
??: sure. Park? In 15?
me: ok.

*with Joe*
j: *rings the doorbell*
r: *opens* oh. Hi Joe.
j: is she here?
r: yea but, she doesnt wanna talk to you.
j: pls tell her Im sorry. I need to explain things.
r: shes not really even talking to me properly. *starting to tear*
j: *wipes her tears* is she hard on you?
r: yea. I dont know what to do.
j: do you want me bring you to nick?
r: I dont know.
j: why?
r: I just dont know what hes thinking. We havent talked since that night.
j: cmon. Ill take you to him. if he doesnt talk to you, Ill make him talk to you.
r: thanks Joe.

*with nat*
??: hey.
me: hi.
??: whats the matter? Ath wrong?
me: problems.
??: you and your 13 year old problems.
me: why is my life always so complicated ty? Its so frustrating.
t: *places arm over shoulder* lifes hard kiddo. Luckily, you got friends and family there for you.
me: I dont know what to do anymore.
t: one step at a time.
me: what if I fall?
t: Im there to pick you up.
me: *smiles*
t: well youre kinda too heavy. But I have a cell phone to call the fire brigade.
me: *hits him & laughs**hugs him* thanks ty. You always make me feel better.
t: its ok. hey, lets get some ice cream. Im hungry.

t: no. ritas ice.
me: *puppy dog eyes*
t: oh ok fine!
me: *jumps & takes his hand & they run to the shop*

*at home*
k: *walks in* hello? Guys? Anyone here? *goes up the stairs when he hears noises from the kitchen* *walks towards the kitchen*
??: *walking backwards from the kitchen*
k: urm, hello?!
??: *jumps & turns but trips on a toy & falls on kevin*
k: whoa!
??: *eyes closed tight*
k: Vivienne?
v: *opens eyes* Kevin?
both: what are you doing here? Im-well Im- *laughs*
v: im supposed to be here to tutor nat but once again she MIA.
k: oh well, I just came to drop by.
v: well, you established that.
k: *laughs* yea I guess.
v: urm, I probably should get up now.
k: yea you probably should.
v: *starts getting up but falls back on him again* my necklace. Its stuck in yours.
k: *tries to un-entangle them* this is hopeless.
v: *still struggling*
k: *pulls it off over his neck & puts it over hers* give it back when you can.
v: Ill rmb to. *stands up*
k: *stands up*
v: so urm, you know wheres everyone? I found a note. Joe said he went to see Courtney.
k: Im not sure. Nats probably just out. She should be back.
v: *nods*

v: its probably like none of my business but, are you ok?
k: urm, yea. why wouldnt I be?
v: well you look depressed.
k: I kinda am.
v: why?
k: its a long story.
v: *sits on the couch* Ive got time if you do.
k: *smiles & sits next to her* *starts to tell her abt aye and everything*

j: *trying to pull becca out of the car* becks, cmon. its going to be fine.
r: pls Joe. Im totally fine. see. *flashes a smile*
j: that has got to be the most fakest smiles in the history of smiles.
r: *gets pulled out* what if he doesnt wanna see me?
j: he better. If not, hes gonna get some ass whooping.
r: *laughs a little*
j: *walks to the door & rings the bell*

n: *opens the door & hugs rebecca tight*
j: *smiles*

n: *pulls away* just in case I never get to do that again.
