  • @KPKonliner

Yes, I was there in Shanghai involved with the production and post production of "Encounter in Shanghai."

  • @ckwcreatamotion so,you were there when they were filming it ?

  • @KPKonliner

Actually, in the real world at the hours we filmed, the roads would have already been filling up with cars, taxis, and buses. I think if it was much earlier in the morning just right before the sun rises, the roads would be quite empty. But we needed to film with the sunlight at the right angle, and at that time the roads were already filling with traffic.

  • @ckwcreatamotion I mean the empty road that the ferrari was taken, is it really empty in the real world ? can they actually do like the ferrari did ?

  • @KPKonliner

Could you please specify what you are referring to? Thanks!

  • @ckwcreatamotion do they have that in the real world ?

  • @KPKonliner

We actually had excellent support from the Shanghai municipal government and the Shanghai security bureau to block off some of the streets to allow us to film. The China Intercontinental Communication Center in Beijing was our production partner, and they helped arranged all the required approvals and permits we needed to get from Shanghai in order to film.

  • 02:15 how come the lane is empty ? is it for VIP ?
