William R. Emerson(born December 21, 1929, Tarpon Springs, Florida, United States), is an African American preacher and former R&B and rock and roll singer and songwriter, best known for his 1954 song, "Red Hot Born in Florida, Emerson learned the piano, playing in various local bands. In 1943, he joined the United States Navy, and after World War II he began playing around Tarpon Springs, and following a spell in one group, dressed as outlaws, he picked up the nickname, "Billy The Kid".

Born in Pocahontas, Arkansas, the son of a sharecropper, Riley learned to play guitar from black farm workers. After 4 years in the Army, Riley first recorded in Memphis, Tennessee in 1955 before being lured to Sun Studios by Sam Phillips. He recorded "Trouble Bound" for Jack Clement and Slim Wallace. Sam Phillips obtained the rights and he released "Trouble Bound" b/w "Rock With Me Baby" on September 1, 1956 (Sun 245). His first hit was "Flyin' Saucers Rock and Roll" b/w "I Want You Baby" released February 23, 1957 (Sun 260) with backing piano by Jerry Lee Lewis, after which he recorded "Red Hot" b/w "Pearly Lee" released September 30, 1957 (Sun 277).

Frederick Lincoln "Link" Wray Jr (May 2, 1929 -- November 5, 2005) was an American rock and roll guitarist, songwriter and occasional singer. ----- Robert Gordon Robert Gordon (born March 29, 1947) is an American rockabilly musician. Performing on the guitar and adding his own vocals, Gordon rose to fame performing in several genres including alternative rock, punk rock, and rock and roll. He also gained some celebrity in minor acting roles Robert Gordon grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, a suburb of the nation's capitol of Washington, D.C.. At the age of nine (1956) he attempt a career as a Rock & Roll musician at that young age. His influences included Gene Vincent, Jack Scott, Billy Lee Riley, Eddie Cochran and other notable rock 'n roll music artists of the period. He made his recording debut at age 17 in 1964 with a group called the Confidentials. The Confidentials, with Robert (called Bob at the time) as main singer recorded hit songs including, "Summertime", "Money", and "There is something on your mind". These rare tracks were not released until 2004 on a 40th Anniversary Celebration

it wouldn't surprise me if it were a lip-sync but the discrepancy you mention could also be a bad video/audio sync...it is a pretty poor quality video afterall
