Francis talks about the life of suffering Jesus called us to.

(Sorry, the audio is slightly off. Don't let it distract.)

  • I watched a video of the beginning of cornerstone church last year but now I can't find it. It was people from that church giving testimony of the beginnings of the church. They interviewed members and showed pictures of their first store front church. Can anyone help me???

  • @AuraStudios Thanks for the advice. Well... no university for me.

  • @squaferno well imho if you think God's plans may be bigger than what you planned back then (which is kind of a moot question), GET OUT OF THERE :)

  • @AuraStudios I started in september 2010 and I didn't know I would be doing this at the time.

  • @squaferno why originally were you taking the class?

  • @AuraStudios I have to study a play that I feel encourages sin and I have to take part in a performance about black magic. I talked to my teachers and they say there is no alternative. I just feel that Jesus would leave so I should.

  • @squaferno why do you think God wants you to leave?

  • I think God wants me to leave my drama class but if I do I won't be able to go to university, which means I won't be able to become a teacher. Is there anything anybody here wants to say to me?

  • @AuraStudios Thank you for your candor and your kindness too. I don't think I'll ever change my mind when it comes to Christianity (although you never know); but regardless, you may take pleasure in the fact that you have shown your Christ's love through this exchange.

    Take care.

  • @Apmhflick (P4) God is like a father who cares for you - you love Him because you see the awesome transformations and things that He's done in your life and you want to follow Him because of the proof in your life. Last, I've got to say that I'm not validating your points (a-d), but only because I have a different understanding of those terms as you do. Take this however you will, but I hope you come to know Christ! Take this also however you will, but may God bless you and show Himself to you
