    It is also quite terrible with camera turning speed in a long range. Try taking a video of a bullet flying an inch past your nose while using the camera from a Barbie toy set.

    Unfortunately, the probability of that happening is very low. Not only will the next landing be for at least four years (At which time the working condition of the rovers is anyone's guess) but NASA would not risk damaging either instrument package (Imagine stomping on a beautiful piece of glasswork). Also, Spirit's camera would be absolute crap with a moving image like that.

    Now THAT would be simply amazing to see! Maybe next time they send one over, one of the two active rovers could be used to film the landing, if that is possible.
