@skateboarderlucc I never said "You NEED a mac to create quality beats." I started with hardware, real drums, Fruity Loops, ACID and Cool Edit. I just said that the Mac has been the preference for artists (painters, sculptors, musicians etc), ever since Amiga died. The artistic temperament is reflected in the OS. It is however, unnecessary for creative work. I was responding to a diss.

I can make beats with anything, including your skateboard and your mom's juicy booty.

Girl talk uses CoolEdit to sample the music(This can be done with Audacity for free) Then he uses Audiomulch to make the mixes. I have been messing around with it too, and it is a lot harder than you’d think.
