There are different tagine recipes in Morocco, this is one of the most traditional., you can substitute lamb with beef or chicken.
All my tagines recipes can be prepared in a normal pot if you don't have a tagine./
Il y a de différentes recettes de tagine au Maroc, cette recette est une des plus traditionnelles. Vous pouvez remplacer l'agneau avec le boeuf ou le poulet.
Toutes mes recettes de tagines peuvent être préparées dans un pot normal si vous n'avez pas de tagine.

  • The best Tajines are in Morocco, they are really cheap. You can check out in the internet but they are very expensive.
