  • have you ever seen "I used to be fat" from MTV? man, is not that complicated, just eat the right food, that means healthy shit like vegetables, non fat food, etc. Then do your cardio for 25 minutes per day, drink a lot of water, exercise a bit in the gym and that's it.

  • Everybody who is hating on you Pete apparently has never struggled with their weight. I think you are doin a good job, even though you haven't lost a crap ton of weight. People this isn't the biggest loser, this is a normal guy who is trying to better himself. And sorry but normal people can't afford trainers or somebody to tell them what to eat and what not to eat. Pete a think you are doing a damn fine job, have faith in yourself and remember what other people think doesn't matter.

  • I hope you have a longterm plan about it man, really hope that one day when i`m off the computer for a week or two will tell to my self,

    "Hey, how is Pete doing his progress" and when i see it to be really very suprised ( i guess 230 - 240 lbs will do that )

    Keep changing your self man, and again just an advice - try to switch cardio and a little bit of upper body workouts, and than cardio and down body workouts ;)
