Man so many ignorant people talk bad about Crossfit workouts. They need to be educated and should attempt to do one of the WOD"s before they talk trash. Its all about being fit not just looking muscular.

The kipping pullup is an overall athleticism exercise, not just a bodyweight bicep curl. It allows for a faster cycle time, and therefore more power output ((force*distance)/time) And I've done thousands of them over the last 2 years(staring at age 39, with no athletic experience whatsoever) and no shoulder damage. And yes, I can do 16 dead hang pullups in a row as well. A little education doesn't hurt, folks.
