  • TIP: If you do these exercises make sure to pull in your navel. This develops the deeper core muscles.

    Absolutely correct. In fact, 'sexy' six/eight pack abs can be detrimental in fight, because your organs are not protected as much than someone who has the solid core with a layer of fat over it for shock absorption. I'm glad I'm not the only one who knows this.

  • i dont know if you guys have heard of the ab slide but that thing really does abs and back hardcore along with upper chest and waaayyy upper legs
