@headybrew Please find another economist of any degree that has put forth a fraction of the prophesies that Dr. Batra has. And then look again at Batra's record on his website under his predictions section. The man's books and position are BULLETPROOF!

Professor Batra, I think it's interesting to look back into the past twenty years ago and realizing in the Year 100701ce that your forecast is a decade off. I like you understand the cyclic nature of causality (cause&effect), unlike you I'm not a professor of economics, just an associate of science. Yet, I do understand the underlying universal law of all phenomenom as taught 2,400 years ago by Professor Shakyamuni. Thanks 4 revealing the esoteric truth! #2076 ; )

Let me get this straight... This guy predicted that there would be a great depression starting in 1990... Well, he was either wrong or just 18 years early.
If he was early, then perhaps that's just because he didn't count on Greenspan inflating the bubble so big with his extremely low interest rates? Or maybe he was just plain wrong... I dunno.

Listen to this man. He has predicted the collapse of banks. MONEY IN POLITICS IN ,WHICH IT CORRUPTS ALL POLITICIANS who retire to their boardrooms, through the corrupt corperations should be evident to all.
True democracy can only be by removing the dictatiorship of banks and their corperations
fron the political process.

The hope that Corperate Capitalism and Communist states, will be reduced to self governing regional self sufficient republics. Money removed from political power. THER END TO BANKERS and debt. ONLY THEN CAN MANKIND MOVE INTO A REAL GOLDEN AGE BOTH SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL

Very interesting. Batra's spiritual master, Prabhat Rainjan Sarkar (Anandamurti) predicted the fall of capitalism as well as an ice age (in fact we are heading towards a new little ice age). E.F. Schumacher, another great economist
