I'm trying it since a couple of weeks ago, i'm already slim but i wanted to test this by myself and who knows if is a "placebo" effect, but i eat even more than i used to and keep my regular weight. I use to workout everyday (pilates, yoga, Lote Berk Method) at least for 30 min.
