Agree with you! After I did its training workouts
I knew it was a tremendous no nonsense program.
After 3wks, I have gained 7". Gaining momentum
now feels like the old days. I felt stronger and

Great body control. Very nice........but do the math! He says that he's 6' tall. 6' plus 48'' equals head at the rim without taking an approach step. His head is a foot below the rim with a running start. I'd say he's at about 36'' with no approach step. That's still very respectable and he has some nice dunks. Just overstating his vert by a foot.
