You'd have thought that 70yrs after Titanic that people would know better than to claim a man made machine can win in a fight against the ocean.

Just watched this documentary as part of a course I'm doing in OH & S, I was young when it happened and sat this morning in tears as I watched the devastation and loss endured by so many....

my father went down on this Rig and it has affected my entire life since then. I was two years old then, and now I work offshore on the Henry Goodrich.

Thank you for the upload...
My heart dropped when the Captain of the Seaforth Highlander described how it was so close to save SOMEone but the North Atlantic when it wants its fill of bodies that it wont give up witout a fight..It has taken tousands of ships...
Just ask my fellow Newfoundlander fishermen who fought that beast for many a generations and they will tell you the North ATLANTIC is unforgiving...

This is a riveting documentary. I feel so angry that this could have been allowed to happen..... Thank you for posting it.
