You are really brave for making this video I really appreciate how honest you are and acne is very very frustrating!!!! I can totally relate when I get an out break I say I'm not going to mess with them but then its a week later and they are still there so I mess with them and of course then they get worse. I would give like all my saving for a cure I hate acne.

It takes a lot of courage to get infront of a camera and admit you drink urine. So I guess its worth a try.

Great posting Krystal. I work at a Prison and an inmate told me this interesting story. He said that when he was at a Federal prison he developed really bad acne after spending several years in maximum lock up. When he got out he was housed with an old black inmate who told him how to get rid of his acne. He told him to soak a wash cloth with his morning urine and wipe his face each morning. He was to leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it with water. He did this and the acne cleared fast.
