Once again The Influence comes back to the Jewish Mother to play another great show along with the band Counterfeit Molly. Bolth bands played exeptionaly well. I had the honor to play percussion along with The Influence for a few songs and had a great time. For my set I recycled a cheap acoustic guitar as a drum that gives off multiple tones. I mounted the guitar body onto a stand and had a seperate stand next to it with a small konga and splash cymbal on it. The stick/malets I used are holow plastic tubes wraped tightly in foam. They actualy used to be practice nunchuks. They bring out the tone verry well on drums, cymbals, and basicaly anything that will resonate.
Id like to thank The Influence and everyone else involved in the show for alowing me to sit in with them. I had alot of fun.
