Ugh, I was late, again. Well, not really. Until eleven, I was running on my own schedule. But still. I wanted to be at the studio by eight, and that wasn't really working out for me. It was 7:45, and I wanted about two hours to get practice in, then I eat breakfast and go to classes. I put my hair into a messy bun and headed out the door. I actually decided to take my car, because I'd get there faster. I stopped at a Starbucks to get a drink, and headed to the studio. I got there at 8:10, which wasn't bad at all. Today, unlike other days, there were a whole bunch of cars parked in front of the building. Weird? Oh yeah. I got to the front desk and asked the receptionist, Mandy, what was going on.
"Hey, what's up with all the cars and stuff today?" I asked.
She fiddled with her pencil. "I'm not supposed to tell, sorry. But they are really famous people."
Eh, I could probably care less. I mean, there have been some famous people here before, so I'm not really excited for whoever it is. I grabbed my bag and headed to the second room to the right. I loved this room. My favorite. It had mirrors all over, and some windows that looked down the main street. The windows had wooden blinds, and it kinda made me feel peaceful. I opened my bag and took out my iPod and speakers. I plugged everything in and went through my songs. I only wanted to go through a few. Even though I was here for two hours. I made my playlist for the day and put it on shuffle. This is how it worked. That way, I didn't know what to expect, and everything I did was something completely impromptu and made up. I liked it that way. I started stretching first. Then I pressed the play button. That was it. I went through about five songs, and then I stopped to get some water and take a break. Sometimes I walked around the building to see what else is going on, but today, I wasn't in the mood. After about fifteen minutes, I started up again. I had three more songs. Then something happened. I was dancing to my last song for this session. It was one of my favorite songs. It's 'Stitches' by David Cook. Well, it's really old, before he was famous, but it's still a great song. Then, as I finished and looked up, I saw him standing at the doorway. No way. I blinked to make sure I wasnt delusional. It was Joe Jonas.
