Serato Scratch Live 2.0.0 live demo - 3 decks with control-vinyl and DJ-FX

Serato SL3 version 2.0 beta - now with three or four decks! 3 or 4 turntables in Serato, finally! AND effects. You the DJ-FX module allows for midi-assignable Braker, Crusher, Delay, Echo, Flanger, HPF, LPF, Phaser, Repeater, Reverb, Reverser and Tremolo. You can potentially use six effects per channel simultaneously, as they're arranged in two sets of three and can be multi-channel assigned. Big things are a-coming for sure...

Ok, so my scratching's not up to that much, but this SL3 Scratch Live 2.0.0 beta live demo shows you what you can roughly do (and this is without a midi controller). Quite clearly the world is your oyster - especially for those with Ableton Live when 'The Bridge' comes out.

I can't wait for the full release. Loads of other bits too like browsing by album art, smart crates, etc, etc

i just downloaded the software from scratch live..but mine has no deck at all..just like a normal player..whY?

on the beta version i have i dont have the options u have under the effex.. only the on/off button and dry/wet knob.. is it cuz u have a midi that u can use that or?..

Could be you have an older build of the beta, or may be as simple as not having dropped the edit switch to the far right of the screen.

Can you use the 2.0 with the SL1 with just the 2 decks and make use of fx section?

Hello mate hope you can help.. I can see your bpm isn't really budging at all which is a bit of a worry for me as mine bumps about 4 on average. Would you say this is about right for vinyl lag? Are you using timecodes there? Cheers, Ben.
