Vatican Plans "a New World Order"

The Vatican's official website is disclosing information which proves that it has been working towards a New World Order through globalization (which it claims is a natural process, not one that has been orchestrated.) I am reading from Acta 7 on Globalization, called Ethical and Institutional Concerns. I read excerpts starting from pages 34, 52 and 76. This was published by the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences in April, 2001. I also read part 83 from Populorum Progressio: Encyclical of Pope Paul VI on the Development of Peoples. This was originally published in 1967.
