Exactly what I wrote at another post of the same video! She was probably in estrus when she died and the other cat isn't getting the fact that she dead. He lies next to her because he's just making sure that he's first in line when she does become responsive... The end of the video really shows what the male is doing, if you know cats; you can clearly see his intentions.
