I wouldn't call him a GREAT player at all. Talent wise he's one of the worst players in the NBA. He's not even that quick or strong. The thing that's so good about him is that he gives it 100% every night and provides energy that can't be matched by opposing players. He's definitely one of the most valuable players on the CAVS. Lebron always talks about how important Varejao is to the team in interviews.

how can anybody say Varejao is a great player. His career pt. avg. is 6.4. a 6'10 power forward that doesnt even hit 50% of his shots from the field. Free throw pct, 55.4 career... he has more flops than block shots which is sin for a power forward. how would Varejoa compete with these power forwards..K. Malone, McHale, Barkley. dont step on the court boy because these guys would rip him apart.
