Here is my house, i made it 2 months ago but i didn't like the exterior so i didn't upload i back then. I like the interior rather than exterior of the house. Please comment and rate.
Song used is called Armin van Buuren feat. Christian Burns - This Light Between Us but i removed it cause of armadas copyright.

TSR never works for me, it always makes my game crash, so im not sure i trust any other websites with custom content except the sims 3. all that cc doesnt make your game crash? is there a way to prevent it?

@polkadot5152 TSR files dont make your game crash, ive never had that problems... Maybe your computer is too weak and you had so much cc that it your pc couldnt handle... Or there is some corrupted cc there.. Id suggest you to reinstall everything and then download files you want and check do they crash your game or not. If they are causing you will delete them obviously...

@makeupveroefalso You can check my channel info to see where i get my stuff from and you can look in the video description the download link for every house i made. It comes with all stuff but you must have LN, WA and Ambitions packs.

@polkadot5152 I suggest you go to modthesims.info. In their helpmeny you click on the game help meny. There you find lots of suggestions as to crashing game. With sims3, do you mean EA store content? That's fine, but there's a lot of very good working cc out there. I would give it a try if I were you. If you're not sure, I would make all cc into package files. They are easier to get out of your game. You just remove them, and they are out. sims3pack can be a real hassle to get rid of.
