This is an oddity but really great. We were approached by a Tae Kwon Do school to do a story about a visiting Qi Gong master from Mainland China. Master Ji was around 80 years old when we did this story and presumably he went back to China. Has anyone heard of him before or after?

  • Even Jack LaLanne would be impressed.

Shows you that if you keep moving into old age you stay young. Too many just give up on exercise (even walking) but keep eating 3 hearty meals a day as if they were out working on the farm.

  • He looks like he is 30

My grandfather at 84 is not as fit as this guy.

  • I am not sure obout breathing muscles, but regardless, he shows amazeing control and he is in amazeing shape for any age let alone 80!

  • @tekproxy his hands aren't clinched in fist and his arms are jumping up, the muscles tend to stay in one place. my view

  • Could someone explain how that is not someone flexing their muscles?
