@misschic007 The standard of beauty that has been set in Western society, is in fact unrealistic. Even the most beautiful women are touched up & modified in ways that no real human could achieve (you can't lengthen your neck & enlarge your eyes). Many women obsess over achieving this 'perfection', but it is unattainable. Thus, women are never satisfied with who they are and how they look, and as a result, are always seeking out new ways to "improve" themselves. Just be happy with who you are.
