Full warm up and a 30-40 min stretching session still wasn't enough for my poor ligament that had just had enough :-). Injuries do happen and not necessarily through bad practice or silliness and I feel its important to highlight this aswell as the good times. I have torn or sprained (they use both terms) my lateral collateral ligament in my left knee and now on crutches (but not for long lol).
