@MarjannaMaghribia101 here, belbala means when someone talk a lot of smack (smacktalk or trashtalk). In Tangier we say (ghir kay belbel = He just talk to hear himself talking, underneath all he is just a wuss ) . I think he is talking about other rappers specifficaly someone with a name Rofix. There is some kind of rivalry between them in Tangier( this is just my guess). I haven't lived there for 14 years so I am out of touch when it comes to this stuff, but I like the song.
