PBR Oct 21 09 Kanto Vs Rain Dancers

If you read the description of my last video, you'll know that I'm going to be making an Ash All-Star pass.

Now, onto the video itself. This video shows how the Kanto pass doesn't need to rely on Charizard to be successful. In the first couple of turns, I couldn't figure out who was going to set up Rain Dance, so I tried to counter, but my opponent was prepared for the worst.

I probably should have used Stun Spore on Kingdra instead of Sleep Powder, but I wanted Kingdra completely incapacitated. I couldn't believe how lucky I got with the Starf Berry at the end. Nearly anything would have helped there at the end, but I think that boost in Special Defense is what got me as far as I did. At the very end, I didn't think my opponent was going to be bold enough to use Surf, but he did, and that's what cost me the match. I was fearing an Earthquake from Rhyperior and Protect from Kingdra, but I guess he figured that's what I saw coming.

IDK, I only check to see if people in my friend roster are online if I'm going to battle them. I just do random Wi-fi otherwise.

Omg I have a pikachu very similar to that, only with hidden power ice instead of quick attack with full speed EVs to compensate. He's surprisingly effective ;3
