Yeah. Mineru Park has a ice rink, swimming pool, track, library, art gallery, and residential. :) Love it here! Best town in my opinion :)

i don't think this is it. although there is a swimming pool across the mall, it is not outdoor, i do not know though if it was outdoor in 1976 but the description do fit the place. mall, swimming pool and the running track.
