oilmar can't puck piman from the air so all you need to do is air combo him and he's dead

YEah Sonic is a dick to fight... with Olimar... I like to send out one MISS PURPOSELY... kus people are obsessed wit killin them LoL... Leaving them open for a Smash attack from the Purple Fat Pickman... Death around 90 or >>>>

people don't do that because 1. he plucks pikmen very fast so a lot of people don't play fast enough chars to control his pikmen output and 2. Any somewhat smart olimar will use the opening from you rushing him or killing his pikmen to smack you or throw more pikmen and can also use the kill time to draw more. I recommend sonic or C falcon for fighting him. While I don't like either of those chars they can stop him from geting his spacing.

Oilmar is his name, but for some reason his name is Pikmin And Oilmar. Personally it should just be Oilmar.

actually you don't want to do that, forcing him to throw pikmin will allow you to kill the pikmin, THEN you rush him and never allow him to get more pikmin. i am pretty sure you can hit them when they're getting plucked too, so yea. you have to kill his pikmin first, idk why people never think to do this
