Tell you what, when you grow up enough to own you're own home and there's a snake in you're back yard and you're dog needs to drop a duece...you video tape what brilliant act you would do to get the snake out of your yard.

As people have said, it's a Hognose. Their saliva is toxic to their prey. A human is much larger than what they eat, so any bite would be minor to us.
Nice video, shouldn't be harassing it though :P I'd rather keep a snake in the backyard than the mice or rats that could potentially be back there.

Thanks for the info...When I let my dog out to use relieve himself he went after the snake. Didn't want either of them to get hurt.
