A system of one Sodium and one Chlorine ion in a water-box of ~22 angstroms on each side is being equilibrated under conditions of constant pressure (1 atm) and constant temperature (310 K). The two ions are held fixed at a distance of 10 angstroms from each other. The equilibration is run for 5 picoseconds and each time step is 2 femtoseconds long.
